Lake greenwood water temps are in the 60s. Fall patterns are in full swing. Both striper and bass are relating to the schools of bait. Use your electronics to locate the bait and the game fish should be close by. For casting, the bucktail is always hard to beat this time of year. Umbrella rigs as well as small swim baits can also be productive. For the live bait anglers, shad or large shiners fished on free lines is a good bet also. Be on the lookout for the flocks of seagulls to show up soon, and make locating the bait a little easier. Don’t let the cooler weather keep you home. The next couple of months will be some of the best fishing of the year!!!
